Is there anything that is more intelligent then other?

I do not think so. I will explain ina minute. To me intelligence is entity that ia same for everything or every one. There is no difference. For example gold is gold, it may have certain purity or weight but fundamentaly it is gold.

Some one intelligence may deemed more than other due its performance. For if some body lost his memory that does not mean that person is less intelligent. It just that that person cannot hold memory.

A monkey or a small animal has same intelligence that we have but there size, or speed etc may be less so we may be qucker then them but that does not mean that we are intelligent then them.

I hope you have got the clead idea now what i am trying to say.

Brain and decision making process

Can our brain think or does it mere process the available information?

Knowledge is a unique thing. There is no diffeence between Rat and Human brain. Both can do same if then else analysis and make decision.

I think difference is in available resources. For example available RAM, speed of motherboard bus speed, CPU cache etc etc. Fundamental of logic does not change but it change in speed or in probably in other dimention.

Now how we make decision?

Well probably we do not make decision but summarise all the available data and put it in a logical form or act upon it.

So better decision is not based on better brain but better information. Now where these information come from for making a decision.

From acquired data.
From education.
From family friends, TV radio etc.
From instinct( instict is a outcome of summerisation of historical data stored in gene. Involuntary information).

Now we understand why people say information is power. So probably rather than looking from brain power as a bilogical enhancement we should focus on exposure to information.

Information Addiction

As a human being I think we have addiction to the information we recieve.

For example if we are reading some astronomial website then we start reading more about it and we get edicted towards it. Similar thing can be said about any topic.

For example we are addicted to Celebrities stories. There is no benefit for us and it does not realy affect us directly. But knowing first part of the story addict us to know know second part of the story.

Careful manipulation of this addiction can be used to change people perception. In another word it is 'Brain wash'.

Because there is so much information and we only have one brain so we need to learn how to navigate through this information sea.

Change your environment

You can only be what your environment support you to be.

For example if you want to be a astronaut may be it is better for you to be in a country where there is space program.

Some environment are Macro like University, Country etc. this macro environment can help you. But there is some micro environment. These is the environment that immediately suround you. In many cases with appropriate step you can change this environment.

For example simply changing your friend you can chnage environment. What ever insert information in your head is your invironment. Some time you have to selectively intake information.

Informatin is a addiction. Do not addicted to wrong type of information.

Success Step

Recently I have been trying to learn more about management and business process.

There are many theories and procedure that has been described by scholar. It is interesting to learn them.

One key thing that I have noticed is that all these theroies just make you to think logically. You take action step by step in a orderly manner. Three key things that I have noticed almost in all theory is these:

Plan: Plan your goal. Put it in writing. Organise it, sub devide it. Put a time line on each step. I will call it stepise your goal.

Action: You need to take action. start doing work now. Execution is the key.

Measurement: There must be some metrics so you can measure your success.

In simplest form make a to-do list and measure your progress through it. Do it. 'If you become successful you will be Happy and if you fail you will be wise'.

Union of Poor

We see lots of union or party or group.

They have there own agenda and all of them are there to maximise there benefit.

But there is a interesting thing about poor union.

A doctors union leader is still a doctor.
A teachers union leader is still a teacher. so and so..

But a poor union leader is not poor. As soon as or on the process of becoming leader they become rich. As they become rich so they are not poor but still leading poor members.

So traditional way of electing a leader is not serving for poor prople.

Can we think any other alternative way. I prefer to do a lotery and elect my leader then doing voting.

Ink cartridge and capitalism

Ovbiously we all need money. Either for buying bread or for a summer holiday.

And our need is not limited for a certain time. We need that as long as we survive.

Now company who make consumer goods it must be difficult for them to make something very good or some thing just do the job and break down after certain time.

Techonological innovation some time create desire to buy new items but what about if something that is not fashionable. Why would I buy a new printer or cartridge when existing one is working.

What these printer manufacturing company will do after everybody bought a printer. We have reached to a level of quality after which any further improvement is not detectable buy our eyes.

If we do not find a logical and mutualy beneficial way then we have to through away perfectly good Cartridge when we can just refill it.

Who should take the step? company?consumer?country?

Can we create better intelligence then us?

Like it or not I am Artificial Intelligence Fanatic.

When I was student I spent quite some time to think about What I want in my life.
I came to conclusion that I want to create artificial intelligence.

Well as probably Nepolian said 'Intelligence without opportunity is nothing'. So lot of my idea end up being nothing. I cannot marry some one that does not mean I cannopt not look at her and enjoy her beauty. I still dream, plan and get depressed.

Anyway lets come back to the point. Can we create some thing that is more intelligent than us?

I think we can. Intelligence rely on physical things on wicth it live on. So vaccum tube transister could not have been faster then present technology and present technology has its upper limit and scientist are looking for new way to build computer chips.

What that mean is we can only build certain speed processor with certain material and as speed is kind of corelated with intelligence so we can say hour Biologial body has a limit on how much intelligence we actualy can be( bit over siplified here).

As we can not shed our human body and make its Brain processor faster but possibly we can make faster processor that can be more intelligent then us.

Dirt is good, why bad thing exist?

I see a TV comercial of a detergent company 'Dirt is good'. It is highly philosophical.

If there is no crime so no need for police.
No disease so no need of Doctor.
No lier means no need of lawer.
No war then no need for leader.
List can go on and on

Can a toy company make a strong toy that last for generation?

I think we need to acknowledge the need of the survival of this company and make an alternative arrangement within society so they stop selling easily broken plastic toys or we do not have to buy ink cartidge when we can easily refil and reuse them.

Follow your Heart

Which is more powerfull HEART or MIND?

We are designed to follow our heart(instict). If Mosquito on your skin you do not calculate on your mind, you just instinctively give it a slap.

Some time our body force us to do thing. In most dangerous life threatening situation we follow our instinct. If we can rely on our life on Instinct then why cannot we relay on hour HEART to make some decision.

OR do we realy make decision by MIND? May be our mind is just used as a tool to analyse the information but decision is actualy made by HEART.

Theory of Relative Infinity

What is Theory of Relative Infinity?

Well if we devide 2 by 3 then we get 0.333333333.......... upto infinit number.

Now we know mathmaticaly infinity exist. as the world is build around math, logic etc so worldly property may have this infinit phenomenon.

We might say SPACE is realy in finit. VACCUM is realy infinit thing. As vaccum can not have a shape so it cannot have a boundary.

Or when we look physical property in atomic level we may find that some properties value are infinit like 2/3.

May be we have a Limited Universe within a Infinit Vaccum.

Theory of Limitivity

I have many theory and theory of limitivity is one. ( I do not know if anybody already described it before me).

What is Theory of Limitivity?

Well as you know speed of light is constant. Nothing can travel faster then light. Then we know absolute zero temperature (-273 degree celcious). in many other cases we see some contsant and limit. Above that limit we cannot describe it or it break our known physical law.

Is it possible then everything has a limit. A limit how big is the universe. A limit how much we can do something etc.

I donot know exactly but I think there is limitivity attached with everything.

Creation of GOD

Personaly I am not a non beliver (at the moment). I write this blog as thinkings happen in my mind not as I have done a research on the topic. So writing are based on momentary thinking.

Say computer are built with metal, plastic etc. Now we write software and that software control computer. It can shut down computer etc. Software does not exist without hardware, it does not have a physical form, but it can logicaly control the hardware it is in.

We can compare our soul as software and bpsy as hardware. I know lot of people already thought about it. My point is different.

As a logical entity can born from a physical organisation so we can perhaps say GOD ( a logical, non physical) is born out of physical world. And it is now controlling physical world. Like computer software control all hardware activity.

You fancy some one that does not mean you have to divorce your spouse. You can ask and think about GOD at the same time devoting yourself to GOD.

Man are rich by the average wealth of their friends.

This is a thinking that came in my mind.

Your wealth is equal to the average of your friends welath. For example if you have 5 friends who are rich and five who are poor then you will be in between, medium rich.

Here friends means people you work with, work for, meet regularly or shook hands many times.
I will put emphasis on shooking hands. Try to shook hand with people you admire as much as possible.

Perhaps our body transmit some secret energy when you shook hand with others. A communication that can not happen by verbal or by the look only.

It is much more easy to win Nobel, Be prime minister etc if you been to a Well recognised University, it is not because you are intelligent it is because you are from a recognised place.

Concentration and Geting Things Done

As a programmer I have a bad habbit of thinking everything from computing perspective.

Today I will be discussing something about doing thing one at a time. From my observation We do thing best when we have very few specific work in our hand.

For example we easily remember few important land or mobile number. Ususally we rember thing better when it is less than 8 digit. Now if we have a number which is 20 digit we will find very difficult to remember. But we can rember two seperate phone number easily. So same 20 digits number we can rember as two seperate 10 digit phone number easity then rembering it as a whole numbers. I will be discusiing about it later. May be our Brain has a certain bit processing power.

Back to the main point. I have developed a webserver. Which I was testing with a software called Jmeter. Basically I was making hundres and thousands of web request to the server simultaneously.

I have came across toa interseting finding. Later by searching internet I found the reason. Basically If my programm start processing each of the request immediately by creating new thread then it become slow. But if it only process 10 requests at any one time and hold incoming request in a que then it can process more request per second.

Technical explanation: To process all request simultaneously computer have to jump one thread to another and that would mean it had to save context(variable and value) in a place and retrieve that again when the process start. This context switching take some time. If program start processing more then 10 requests at a time then context switching take certain amount of time. And that time(processing power) increase with number of threads. So ultimately it become slow.

i think we can apply this to our everyday life as well, when we want to do more then perhaps need to shortlist the the things to be done and do one work after another.

Think like a sales girl in a super market she server one customer at a time. Our work is our customer and we may better serve them if we serve them one by one.

Space Time and Logic

We know according to physics object has Three dimentions and another special dimention is Time dimention. We also call TIME is the fourth dimention of an object.

I am not a physist and do not want to speak about it in very complicatyed way. I think we can build logic from this four dimention concept.

I think (i do not know if anybody said it before or not):
At any given time an object can be only in one place.

For example if David is in London at 1pm then he can not be at Manchester at 1pm on same day.

Smply based on this principle we can create logic that can be used to create Artificial Intelligence. I will be discussing that in another Blog.

Natural Learning for Robot

I am a artificial Intelligence fan. I believe AI is the future and robot AI will one day overtake Human intelligence.

But today I will discuss about how we learn.These are my independent thinking.

Let say we see something for example a football. We do not know what it is. Now all our sense need to associate this new thing to its sense. For example how it feels, shape to look, color to look etc etc. Our brain give a Name to a object. a Name is actually identify the sensors values set.

So an object is what are the sense it create to our brain not what it actually is.

Mind Control

Well in one of my earlier post I have discussed that we have two part in our logic system.

One is Physical Brain (Brain itselt)
Another is Logical Brain (Mind)

How we can control our activity. Our physical brain want physical satisfaction and logical mind want social satisfaction (which in tern translate to physical satisfaction).

Our Brain is evolved to work best in a Physical world around it. So it will do what is good to its holding body in short term.

We need to give our Brain some sort of physical motivation to work or follow Logical Mind command. For example we can say Ok we working hard to achieve some good result. And once we achieve the good result than we might rest, get a relax job. so if we imagine more of the relaxation then our Brain might calculate the total benefit to its physical body. And may want to follow Mind command.

Third Mind, who control us

Some time we plan lot of thing but usually we cannot stick to our plan.

Then who control our action. God obviously not as HE given us free will and according to religion He will judge us due to that.

So who control us. Certainly not our clever mind. I have been trying to loose some weight but cannot stop eating chocolate so oviously my mind is not controling my action(not 100%).

Is it our brain controlling us? The mechanical brain. It has some physical path that is build with evolution and some logical path. The physical path in brain is the one that we hare with other animal. It just do what is entertaining to our physical body.

But logical part do planning and make long term goal. I think lot of the think depends on how much we can resist of our physial brain take control of our action.

On the other hand physical brain is vital for existance. We need instinct. In certain cases we do not have time to think but need to react.

How we can balance our brain and mind that is a topic for another blog.

Does Money Bring Happiness?

Money is essential for your existance in a society unless you are in a jungle and eating wild fruits.
There is a minimum requirements. If you have below the amount need to live comfortably then you are in trouble.

A hungry man is never a happy man. At least he does not have time to think about happiness.

Is Brain a fixed Entity?

Let me explain. With some calculator we can calculate upto 8 digit and with other say 12 digit.

now both these calculator CPU is capable to do math but their capability is retricted by memory or other resource. So 12 digit calculators are no more intelligent then 8 digit calculators.

An small animal has same intelligence as we have may be only difference is we have more processing power, memory etc then they have.

Can Soul Exist without Body?

As a programmer I just see soul as like a software. It does not exist without any physical means like floppy disk or hard drive etc.

But ok if it is a software then it should be easily copiable from one body to another body. Or even saved in a seperate type of medium then body itself.

Relegion is an unltra Modern Idea

We some time think that relegion is a old thing but may be it is not.

One way I see relegion is a social movment. Often driven by one man an innovative thinking. Freedom of humanity from slavery from emperor.

Relegion tell us that all human being are equal. At least your king is not your GOD.
Of course relegion come with its own rules and many of them are clever rules but the fundamenta concept is relegion leader is not the supreme. Supreme is a non human existance.

This idea liberate you from worshipping your King.

Special Existance

Lets start with an example.
Our body is created with lots of small cell. Now each cell is like a living thing. Something like one cell animal. They eat, breath and of course die.

So we can say our human body is like a colony of human cell. Like a BEE hive. Now question is who is actually human each cell or the cell colony?

Does God Exist?
